Hi, I'm Zaid - a certified psychotherapist and counsellor. I work with people who’ve had to adapt too much, and who’ve carried pressure. That includes neurodivergent individuals, people from migrant or marginalised backgrounds, and those navigating burnout or disconnection. I know something of that in-between feeling myself, and it shapes how I listen and the kind of space I try to offer.
Before training as a therapist, I spent several years supporting autistic adults around identification, mental health, and survival in systems that often don’t fit. That work still informs everything I do. I’m also interested in working creatively when it feels right. That might mean paying attention to images, metaphor, memory, or body sense. Things that don’t always arrive in neat sentences.
